Gender Based Violence Knowledge Attitude Practices survey in South Sudan by International Organisation for Migration 2017

Tango consult is conducting a study that aims to contribute to the evidence base on how to prevent and respond to sexual and gender-based violence in South Sudan through the implementation of a Gender-Based Violence Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices (GBV KAP) survey. The purpose of the survey is to provide baseline information about current knowledge and attitudes regarding Gender Based Violence, Sexual Reproductive Health and gender norms amongst the populations of humanitarian concern, sex workers and the general population in areas of higher HIV prevalence, and to provide information about the level of knowledge amongst the target population regarding the consequences of GBV, available services and referral pathways, and finally to inform the South Sudan GBV prevention and response activities.
