With a background in Education (BA in Education), Grace Leonardo is a South Sudanese who has focused on Adolescents and youth for the last 5 years. She has developed and delivered youth programmes in microfinance, peace building, community development, monitoring and evaluation. Grace has 10 years of experience in capacity building, quantitative and qualitative research, field research and supervision in South Sudan and Uganda. Grace Leonardo is also experienced in designing, conducting and implementing M&E, policy formulation, research surveys and case studies. Grace has coordinated, facilitated and implemented a variety of M&E and research, baseline surveys and provided technical support to so many local and international organizations including Tango Consult, Afro-Organic Company Limited, Finance South Sudan Limited, Windle Trust International, Arapi Teachers Training Institute, and Kurluth institute of teacher Education.

Currently Grace is a research associate c with T-cons. She has participated in the implementation of the following Tango Consult’s projects: African Enterprise Survey (World Bank), Socio-Economic Baseline Survey in Imatong Mountain Basin (AWF), Illicit Transfer of Finance (Hamisha) Project (World Bank). She is currently supervising research activities for the Violence Against Women and Girls(VAWG) Project (DFID). She has done many researches and Presentations in Adolescent and Childhood parental practices with previous experience working with children as well as vulnerable and marginalized groups using participatory approaches.

Grace is currently a research executive with Tango Consult and also responsible for office administration. She was an Administrator with Afroganics Company Limited, Credit Administrator, Finance South Sudan Limited (Wau and Juba), Windle Trust International (Wau), Tutor/Trainer Arapi Teachers Training Institute (Pageri, Magwi County-EES), and Tutor at Kurluth Institute of Teacher Education (Tieth Payam, Tonj County-WS).
