Hope Bizimana a Master’s Degree holder in Human Resource Management (Uganda Management institute (UMI), with a degree in political science and public administration (Makerere University –Uganda) is an International Consultant with 27 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, Planning and Organisational Development. Hope has 10 years of experience in international and regional organization assessment and Human Resource & Administration manuals review. She has 9 years of experience in organizational restructuring, alignment and re-organization, learning and knowledge interventions as well as salary and remuneration reviews, her experience also includes 5 years in Job analysis, profiling and evaluation, organization and employee performance management. This experience was gained through her work in National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Uganda, one of the biggest organisations in the country with a turnover of over three trillion UGX .Hope rose from the position of Personnel officer in 1987 to the Head of Human Resource Department in 2011. Hope has worked with ABS consulting Group but also works with Tango Consult as a human resource specialist.

Hope displays professionalism, discipline and confidence; is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK and Society for Human Resource Management Uganda. She has been a member of two Boards one for Federation of Uganda Employers (FUE) and also for Management and advisory Centre (MTAC). Hope is a Member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda. Hope was also a member for Kisoro district Service Commission for 5 years. She has participated in several professional development courses in Human Resource Planning and Development, Management development, Policy development, Training and Capacity Building among others. She has attended several conferences organised by international labour (ILO) in Geneva Switzerland.
